TechPlay warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship as follows:
For 3 or 5 year from date of original retail purchase of this product, if product is used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes (consumer use). TechPlay will repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion, if the product is determined to be defective due to material or workmanship. There will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the product under this warranty for the period of this 3 to 5 years. In addition, TechPlay , upon request, will furnish any supplied accessory, including, needle, 45RPM adaptor, AC adapter and instruction manual, at no charge, once per year during the life of this warranty.
To obtain warranty services, you must deliver the product in their original packing or packaging that affords equivalent degree of protection as the original packaging to TechPlay service facility. During the life of this warranty, TechPlay will ship the product back, free of charge. Please deliver the product with an explanation of the defect, the dated sales receipt, copy of this warranty contract and the return address. Please contact us through www.TechPlayUSA.com to obtain closest service facility to send the product.
This warranty, does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or commercial use or modification. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer, TechPlay shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
This contract is valid only if payment is received within 90 days of original purchase ,
